Yeah, that's still going on. I did some research last night on how to get those highlights to pop, back to the airbrush this weekend...

But Templar is back in production as well...still need to do a value pass, and a detail pass before it goes to color.

Here's the colors for the stormtrooper...you can see I worked it with the white pencil to pull out the highlights to no avail....quite a mystery for me. Would a white grease pencil work? Sadly I don't have one handy...I'll put it aside until I get time to get out and pick one up.

I played air brush just bit this weekend. And I was a little disappointed that it didn't solve my highlight/white pencil problems. Not really sure what to do about it....I want a very crisp highlight with pencil, and not soft with the airbrush. I guess I'll just have to continue testing it out!

Here's the Vader, and one with a bit of digital enhancement and cleanup. He was my first doom-to-fail, as I didn't spend too much time on the drawing.
