Nightcrawler Final - Page 2

Here's page 2. I was going to revert to the normal levels of color/lines since it was interior, but the dark atmosphere just works better with brighter background lines and deeper shadows. So that's at least how page 3 will turn out too, we'll see about page four, though. It's kind of a money shot so it might not need the extra help...

*I printed it out and it needed a little more love in that top panel, so I added in some JC beams; here's the rework.

Here's page one. It's my first try at a night scene, I had to change the line colors to make them show up better, and I kept the shadows darker than usual too, it seemed to make the night atmosphere come across better.

Here they are! Today is my birthday, and I'm celebrating by being sick! I did write out and thumbnail the Nightcrawler pages, but not too sure on how fast they'll be cranked out this week. Going to try to recoup, and just work on the money projects, and take off these side projects a bit.

That being said, I'm sure I'll have all four layout pages this week.

Here are the colors for Spidey, I'm going to put a web in the background, to tie in all the heads to each other. And maybe an outline around the heads too. I'll have to fool around with it a bit...

Spidey-Man!

Yeah, I know, I'm skipping around on 'the List.' I'm just not into DC, folks. I'm putting together a package for Marvel, so I need a couple more pinups, and another sequence. So here's Spidey, in the vein of the old covers where they had all the floating heads insinuating disaster for our hero.

Other than X-23 and Mrs. Richards, I'm short of female representation, so I'm going to do some X-Girls, Rogue, Jean Grey, and Storm in a pinup, and a short Nightcrawler vs. Magneto sequence. Then it's off the animated stuff for a while, I have some keyframes for a script to do.
