Movie Megatron

Movie version of Megatron, a companion piece to last year's Movie Optimus...

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention...I added a giant gun.  Because, Megatron has a GIANT GUN!  How hard is that to get right?

This is an update to a doodle I did at a con last year, cleaned up the lines and rendered it out a bit more.  And since I was in my studio, I could get messy, and throw down some spatter texture...

Trypticon!

Trypticon, look out!!!

It's possible I haven't drawn Trypticon since the fifth grade...so I figured hey, it's been almost 30 years, why not try it again?

Not really - I drew an Omega Supreme for last year's sketchbook, so I wanted to do a companion piece.  But I put a little extra into this one, I really like how he was turning out, so mid creation, I changed the rocky ground to smoldering lava, and took out the airbrush to spray highlights and glows on all his lights, and in the lava cracks, adding a heatwave/mist type thing.

Still working on the Wreckers piece, it'll be up soon...!

Indy Doodle Jones

Just a sketch on a scrap of paper next to the work desk.  Doing a lot of super tight drawings this week, and needed to scribble a little bit in between.  I had my new Indy Blu box set going, so there's the inspiration...
