Well, my favorite version of a movie Soundwave anyways, although he was never portrayed like this onscreen, of course.
It did get released as a toy, and you can play as him in the Revenge of the Fallen game. It's the only movie Soundwave toy I have, the only version I deemed good enough to go in the mini Soundwave shrine I have.
Companion piece to last year's movie Laserbeak.
